As you know Paul has been working with several potential builders for the lots that have the infrastructure in place and they have expressed concern over two particular aspects of the development. These are: Internal asphalt trail: An internal asphalt trail was originally planned for the site within the common area green space that runs on the western and northern edge of the site. We have since learned that buyers do not like it when a public path runs behind their home in addition to the public sidewalk in the front. We would like to delete the trail from the plan to accommodate this desire by prcy4pective buyers to enhance the privacy that they will then have in the backyards. Agreecff internal trails can be liminated from the project Director of Community Services Common Area Amenities: At one time we thought that a clubhouse and pool would be desired amenities for the residence of the nationhood and showed them on a plan submitted to the city. However we have since learned that increasingly buyers would rather not have to pay the higher Home Owner Association fees needed to maintain and staff these types of amenities. The green space will contain some amenities for the residence, but they will be designed based upon feedback received from prospective home buyers. Although it is our understanding that the Pool and the clubhouse are riot required to be built, we want to verify this for the b efit of the potential homebuilders looking at the property. XIVZ /.)L- il l Agreed, Vubhouse and pool are of required. Director of Community Services Thanks very much for these clarifications.
