Joe Getchell 11333 N.Gray Road Carmel,IN 46033 Re: Getchell Accessory Dwelling.Docket Nos. 13010015 UV. 13030002 V and 13030016 V • Dear Mr.Getchell: At the meeting held Tuesday, May 28,2013,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the.Use Variance (UV)and Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at 11333 N.Ciray Road. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 13010015 UV,13030002 V and 13030016 V: Use Variance and Development Standards Variances for permitted uses to allow an accessory dwelling; maximum height(18 feet allowed;21 feet requested) and compliance with the Transportation Plan(no path required and reduced right-of-way). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is May 28,2016.
