The purpose of this letter and enclosed Notice is to inform you that we have filed a
petition for the property in regards to the above - mentioned variances of development standards.
The petition is currently scheduled to be considered by the Carmel /Clay Board of Zoning
Appeals Commission at a public hearing to be held at 6:00 P.M. on May 28, 2013, in the Carmel
City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana. Enclosed please find a copy of
the formal Notice advising you of the Petition and the hearing date.

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel /Clay Board of Zoning Appeals on the 28th of May, 2013
at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold
a Public Hearing seeking approval of development standards variances for number of signs,
number of signs facing south right -of -way and signs facing east right -of -way in regards to car
dealership building recently approved.

The real estate affected by said application is described as follows:
A part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 17 North, Range 4
East, Hamilton County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of
said Section; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 2032.90 feet along the South
line of said Quarter Section to the southwest corner of East 96th Street Auto Park Subdivision,
the plat of which is recorded as Instrument Number 200100000285, Plat Cabinet 2, Slide 538 in
the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana; thence North 0 degrees 08 minutes 03
seconds East 73.02 feet along the west line of said subdivision to the north boundary of 96th
Street (per Instrument Number 96 -35824 recorded in said office of the recorder) and the point of
beginning of this description: thence along said north boundary the following four (4) courses:
