APPROVED:Docket Nos.13030017 V, 13030018 V,13040023 V,and 13040024 V: Development Standards Variances for foundation plantings;peripheral plantings(eliminate north buffer); number of signs(2 proposed, 1 allowed)and sign not facing public right-of-way. Please be advised that.per Section.30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approvals is May 28,2016. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
