APPROVED:Docket No.13050003 V: Development Standards Variance for minimum rear yard setback with 5-foot encroachment(20 feet allowed; 15 feet permitted). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is May 28,2016.
