The documents dedicate 2 parcels of right of way for College Avenue across the One One Six Apartments property located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 36,Township 18 North, Range 3 East of Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana. Total dedicated acreage of the parcels is 0.05 acre (2171 S.F.)
