LAND ALTERATIONS WHICH STRIP THE LAND OF VEGETATION, INCLUDING REGRADING, SHALL BE DONE IN A WAY THAT WILL MINIMIZE EROSION. WHENEVER FEASIBLE, NATURAL VEGETATION SHALL BE RETAINED AND PROTECTED.
