The undersigned, being the owners of the real estate described in what is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A" (the "Real Estate ") hereby authorize Point
Blank Range and Gun Shop (the "Applicant") along with its employees, engineers, land
planners, attorneys, attorney's employees and agents, as follows:
To file with the Plan Commission of the City of Carmel (the "Plan Commission ")
and/or the Board of Zoning Appeals (the "Board of Zoning Appeals "), with
respect to the Real Estate, applications requesting (i) Development Plan
approvals, (ii) ADLS (Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping and Signage)
approvals (iii) development standards variances and (iv) any other approvals that
may be required or deemed necessary by the Applicant to develop the Real Estate
to allow a Shooting Gallery (collectively the "Approvals ");
2. To pursue the Approvals before the Plan Commission, any committees of the Plan
Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals.

(Legal Description)
Part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 18 North, Range 4 East,
in Hamilton County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 18
North, Range 4 East 923.40 feet South 00 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East (assumed bearing)
from the Northwest corner thereof, thence North 89 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East 609.62
feet to the centerline of a 15 foot wide permanent sewer easement, as described in an instrument
recorded in Deed Record 234, page 179 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County,
Indiana; thence South 01 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds West on and along said easement
centerline 180.13 feet; thence (deflecting 19 degrees 29 minutes right, deed, 19 degrees 27
minutes 07 seconds right, measured) South 20 degrees 50 minutes 07 seconds West on and along
said easement centerline 189.90 feet, deed (187.61 feet measured) to a point on the South line of
a tract of ground conveyed to R.D. Williams, Inc. per Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Record
260 page 225 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, and surveyed by Weihe
Engineers, Inc. dated February 7, 1967, said point being 537.20 feet East of the West line of said
North Half, thence North 00 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West on and along said West line
355.00 feet to the place of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM:
A strip of ground 30 foot in width, 15 feet on each side of the following described centerline, and
containing 0.095 acres, more or less, being a part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 19, Township 18 North, Range 4 East, Hamilton County, Indiana described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Quarter Section; thence North 00 degrees 03
minutes 03 seconds East (assumed bearing) 1355.83 feet along the West line of said Quarter
Section to the Southwest corner of the grantor's land to the Southeast corner of the grantor's land;
thence North 21 degrees 06 minutes 10 seconds East 187.48 feet along the Southeastern line of
the grantor's land to a reentrant comer of the grantor's land; thence North 01 degrees 39 minutes
03 seconds East 12.00 feet along said East line to the point of beginning of this description;
thence Northerly 70.33 feet along an arch to the right having a radius of 125.00 feet and
subtended by a long chord having a bearing of North 04 degrees 56 minutes 06 seconds West
and a length of 69.40 feet; thence North 11 degrees 10 minutes 57 seconds East 43.17 feet;
thence Northerly 53.88 feet along an arch to the left having a radius of 50.00 feet and subtended
by a long chord having a bearing of North 19 degrees 41 minutes 15 seconds West and a length
of 51.13 feet; thence North 50 degrees 33 minutes 26 seconds West 12.95 feet to the North line
of the grantor's land. The side lines of said 30 foot strip to be extended or shortened to meet at
angle points and to terminate at said North and East lines. EXCEPT all that area East of the East
line of the grantor's land.
