Dear Committee Member:
Per the City of Carmel Subdivision Control Ordinance, I am forwarding you the
following:
Construction Plans
Building Elevations
Site Plan Denoting Phase 1 Limits
The overall project shall consist of ±58,400 square feet of commercial/retail space and all
necessary parking and infrastructure. It is anticipated that the project shall be built in
phases with the initial phase consisting of the northwestern ±19,000 square foot building.
The development shall be located at the southwest quadrant of the 146th Street & River
Road intersection in the City of Carmel.
We are respectfully requesting to be a part of the July 17th Technical Review meeting.
As a checkpoint agency, I am requesting that you review the enclosures and address any
comments you may have.
