BICKFORD OF CARMEL, IN 12/12/2012 PLUMBING FIXTURES 15440-5 PART 3 – EXECUTION 3.1 INSTALLATION Install plumbing fixtures level and plumb, in accordance with fixture manufacturer's written instructions, rough-in drawings, and pertinent codes and regulations, the original design, and the referenced standards. 3.2 CLEANING Clean all fixtures at the time that the Owner occupies the building. Verify that all traps are free of debris. 3.3 ADJUSTING Adjust water pressure at water coolers, faucets, shower valves, and flush valves to provide proper flow and stream. Replace washers of leaking or dripping faucets and stops. END OF SECTION
