The "no. curbing" do.es not bother me, it is actually better for the drainage in an area of bad drainage (it allo.ws for more . infiltration), but the increase in impervious surface I think necessitates that we address landscaping to affset that. There are trees in place around the perimeter, including some large pine trees along the back, but I think that part of the issue here is to block the view from the neighbors, and what those neighbors that got approvals had to do under the rules. can make a site visit tomorrow.
