I, the undersigned, hereby state that the within plat is true
and correct to the best of my knowledge and represents a
survey made under my supervision of a part of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 7, Township 17 North, Range 3 East located
in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana being bounded as
follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the centerline of
US 421 (Michigan Road) and the North Line of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 7, Township 17 North, Range 3 East, said
point of beginning being North 89 degrees 05 minutes 48
seconds East (assumed bearing) 1,085.25 feet from the
Northwest Corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence North 89
degrees 05 minutes 48 seconds East 1,400.20 feet along the
North Line of said Northwest Quarter to its Northeast Corner;
thence South 00 degrees 25 minutes 52 seconds East 1,104.60
feet along the East line of said Northwest Quarter to the
terminus of the fifth (5th) course of the description of the
28.338 acre tract of land described in a SPECIAL WARRANTY
CEED recorded as instrument �91 11912 in the Office of the
Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana; thence South 53 degrees
53 m�nutes 17 seconds West 20.00 feet; thence North 36
degrees 06 minutes 43 seconds West 106.48 feet; thence South
53 degrees 53 minutes 17 seconds West 80.00 feet; thence
South 55 degrees 41 minutes 25 seconds West 414.92 feet;
thence South 20 degrees 57 minutes 18 seconds East 68.22
feet; thence South 69 degrees 02 minutes 42 seconds West
400.00 feet to the centerline of US 421; thence North 20
deqrees 57 minutes 18 seconds West 1,602.00 feet along the
�enteriine of US 421 to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing
34.241 acres, more or less.
This subdivision consists of four (4) blocks lettered "A,"
"B," "C," and "G" together with streets and easements as
shown hereon.
The size of the blocks and the widths of the streets and
the easements are shown ir figures denoting feet and decimal
parts thereof.�
