There was staining and corrosion on the carpet tack strip under the west duplex windoTM at the time ofthe investigation, The staining and corrosion were likely the result of water intrusion from an improperly flashed windoTM. 2. There was no fungal growth noted on the interior of the residence. There was fungal growth noted on the exterior of the residence during the investigation. Anderson Window Company manufactured the windows for the residence.
