RE: Special Use & Developmental
Standards Variance Applications
Dear Mr. Sebree:
After reviewing the above referenced applications, I have the follow-
ing comments:
o Need seven ,copies of a site plan and locatibh Maps.
o Need five copies of all findings of facts sheets,.
o Need five copies of statement of practical difficulties and
statement of request for the developmental standards variance
applitation.
b Need five copies of statement of request and supporting statement
. for the speclaluge, application.
o Site plan need more detail:
Identify the lot sizes in sq. feet for each lot and location
• .of' sidewalks.
- Identify the 50 ft. lot width on lots 10, 11, and 12.
- Address all items/concerns mentioned in a letter dated
'February 13, 1989 from Dave Cunningham of this Dept.
-• Identify U.S31 Overlay Zone boundary.
o Filing fees need to be paid -$250'.00 for the Speciai Use and $100
for the first variance and 450,00 for every additional variance
