A. Prelitinary .Plat. shoWing existing storm sewer and water lines was
presented for TAC consideration. TAC members found the drawings to
be incomplete and requested an updated. set of drawings for• approval
at the September 22, 1982 TAC Meeting. COncerns expressed dealt with
utility easeirents and exact locations of sewer and water lines, TAC
. members were in agreement of the concept of Cluster Housing within
Brookshire Lakes, Section II.

Mr. Kiphart was asked by several TACineMbers wh ' Mr. Welch was allowed
to proceed with the installation of an on-Site drainage system prior to
the issuance of & building permit. Mr. Tom Welch and Mr. Kiphart will get
together and review the drainage plan and make sure that installed
drainage facilities are acceptable to the_ CitY of Carmel.
96th Street IMprovementS
Kiphart indicated to TAC meM0ersthat,he would invite someone
from United Engineering to discuss. proposed- drainage changes as
they related to improvements at the Intersection of 96th Street,
and Keystone Avenue.

Mr. Ehrgott presented a site area map • g the existing church facilities
and proposed additions (classroans, office and gym)totaling 38,"000 sq. ft.
An existing drainage plan was presented-showing the existing drainage pattern,
existing septic system, proposed septic system and proposed storm water retention/
detention :basin. It is recommended that the existing drainage system would be
changed .in order that all surface storm water go to the: on-site discharge.
Caculations relating to water usage, size of new septic system and size of
storm water retention/detention basin will have to be ,prepared and presented
to the Technical Advisory Committee at their September 22, 1982 meeting.
Proposed new parking lots must be paved and curbed and a permit obtained
from. the State Highway Department as it relates to off-site storm water
drainage onto. State Highway right-of-way.
J Mr. Gray requested that the petitioner obtain an official denial from either
the Carmel `Board of Public Works or the Clay Sewer District as it relates to
the availability Of public sewers.
Pair.. Ehrgott indicated that an additional water well will be needed as it
relates to the proposed additions.
-Accel/Decel .lanes along 98th Street must be provided per_.the,. approval of
the County Engineer.

The- petitioner presented an overall area plan that shows the, relationship
of the Carmel Datsun and Dan Young Honda Auto Dealerships, Shell Oil, Ziebart,
Nora Rentals,* Jeff Lau Office Projects and Dan Young Chevrolet. The plan .
shows drainage improvements along 96th Street are in conformance with the
proposed State Plans as it relates to the up-grading of 96th St.

The cost to telocate our buried telephone .cable along the south property
line-of-the-Dan-Young Datsuh building is $2,875._ -
The cost is detailed on the attached forms PE 247 and PE 316, and is
summarized as follows:
Construction Cost $2,079.
Removal Cost 132.
Rearrangement and Maintenance Cost 664.
Sub Total $2,875.
Less Salvage - -0-
Total $2,875.
This cost of '$2,875 is based on the assumption that a ten-foot telephone
easement for- ,the new cable trench will be granted at no cost by Dan Young
and Lau Corporation. This cost is in addition to and separate from the
estimated cost to relocate the pole line on the east property line. That
cost of $10,122 was quoted to you by letter on November 9, 1982.
If- you ,actept the billing responsibility and want Indiana, Bell to do this
work, please sign and r-eturn :one copy of this letter. When we receive the
signed copy, the work, will be scheduled to complete in approximately 90 days.
