Statement of Support:
I recently installed a fence in my side yard to match and
extend my 5 foot required pool fence. I was told that

yards and I am in violation of 7.0 25.02.01. It is a cosmetic,
match and is really my side yard so code 25.02.02 should
really apply. It poses as no threat or danger to anyone and
it is not on a "high traffic" street. It clearly makes the
nt;rghborhuod more attractive.
