At the meeting held Mo~ y, August 22, 2005, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regardkg the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 15
Harrowgate Drive.
DENIED: Docket No. ~5 70008 V: Developmental Standards Variance request for fence height.
According to the Board! of Zoning Appeals Rules (Article V), you may appeal the decision of the Hearing Officer to the
Full Board of Zoning App als within 30 days of the decision.
