Dear Mr. Scherer:
At the meeting held Monda, August 22, 2005, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding t e Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 11355 N
Meridian Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. 05080005 V, Development Standards Variance for sign area. Please note that a sign
permit will be required.
Please be advised that per ection 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance appro al is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be und rway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval ranted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is August 22, 2006.
Please be advised that per ection 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the signs approved pursuant to
the aforementioned Develo ment Standards Variances must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date
of the approvals is August 2 , 2006.
When applying for appli ations for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of th s letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
