much confusion between architect, owner,
and builder over ADLS and Building
permit processes. Project should
possibly have been covered all at once
by Planning & Zoning. Instead. it was
done as separate projects betwee~
house and garage~ This led to confusion
of owner/builder, which led to start of
construction without permit on garage.
Project has required various Planning
and Zoning approvals~ Letter of grant
