The Special Studies Commi ee of the Cannel.Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting August 2, 2005,
regarding the request for chitecturalDesig:n, Lighting and Signage Amendment (ADLS Amend) for the property
locatedatl1353 NorthMeri 'anStreet, Carmel.
APPROVED: The Commi ee approved the request with the caveat that the petitioner must have BZA approval for the
siz~ of the sign as presented.
