GUILFORD REAL ESTATE PARTNERS, LLC
Guilford Real Estate Partners, LLC ("Guilford") is the owner and developer of the
parcel located one property South of the Southwest comer of Main Street and Guilford
Road. The site is zoned OMIMF (Old Meridian DistrictIMulti Family) and is subject to
the Development Plan and Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping, and Signage
("ADLS") approval of the Carmel Plan Commission ("Commission"). Guilford has filed
for the Commission's review and approval of the Development Plan and ADLS
Applications for an 8-building, 37-unit condominium complex. The plans that have been
filed with the Commission are in compliance with the OMIMF District requirements
except for one variance filed with the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding the number of
buildings fronting on a public street. The Old Meridian District requires at least 75% of
the buildings to face a public street. The site includes all brick buildings with extensive
landscaping, decorative lighting, pedestrian access and a large, interior courtyard.
