The addition as presented meets our ordinance. Staff interpretat on wou d make the SE border of this lot the side yard (reqmrmg
only a 10 foot setback). The SW side would act as the rea~: yard. The front yard for this platted subdivision is only 30 feet (as
opposed to 35 as required by the current R1 standards). Why the reduced front yard...I Would have to do some r~search to te
you - but this subdivision has been built to the 30 foot setback standard
