("Owrier") is the owner of the above refeienced hotel that is located within the City of Indianapolis,Indiana("Indianapolis"), and wishes to replace and relocate a pylon sign and other signs:loeated on or about its hotel building. The.Owner has contracted with SignCrafters, Inc. (the "Sign Company") to provide the labor and materials required to replace and relocate such signs: In connection with the work that is to be dorie on the signs for this hotel property, the Owner agreesto hold the C%ty af iridianapolis and its offic'ials hannless from any claims,.liabilities, losses, actions,suits or judgments which may be�brought,presented or obtained againstthe City of Indiariapolis or its officials because of the negligence of the Sign Company or its agents, or byreason of defects in the eonstruction,relocatiori or installation of any sign at the hotel and from any damages resulting from the collapse or failure of any such Sl�. . The Owner has contracted with � SignCrafters, Inc. (the "Sign Company") to provide the labor and materials required to replace � and relocate such signs. In connection with the work that is to be�done on the signs for this hotel � � � property, the Owner.agr.ees to hold the C�ty o�iridianapolis and its officials harmless from any _ claims, liabilities, losses, actions, suits or jud�ments which may be brought, presented or obtained against the City of Indianapolis or its officials because of ti��e negligence of the Sign Company or its agents, or by reason of defects in the construction, relocation or installation of any sign at the hotel and from any damages resulting from the collapse or failure of any such sign. - Owner further agrees that it will cause the removal of ariv sign�oii the hotel property when the use which such sign identifies, instructs or advertisers is terminated at that particular location. Owner further agrees to maintain its signs by repainting any peeled surfaces and replacing . . any damaged or inoperative componerits.
