Plat Calmiet 4, Slide 574 and as Instrument #2009068558, in the Office of the
Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana.
CERTIFICATION
1, Troy A. Terew, being duly licensed as a registered land surveyor within the
State of Indiana, do hereby certify that the attached plat and survey of
"Replat of Block 1" — The Cottages at Carmel", situated in the City of Carmel,
Indiana, is based on a survey prepared by Weihe Engineers, Inc, recorded as
Instrument #2009068556.
That all monument shown hereon will exist and that the location, size, type
and material are accurately shown.
Said Plat consists of (3) lots, numbered #27, #28 and #29, the location and
dimensions of the lot, streets and easements are shown on the plat, all

by the City of Carmel as follows:

BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY CERTIFICATE
DEDICATION
The undersigned, owner(s) of the real estate shown and described on the plat hereon, do hereby layoff,
plat and subdivide said real estate in accordance with the hereon plat.
The subdivision shall be known and designated as "Replat of Block "L" — The Cottages at Carmel", an
addition to the City of Carmel, Indiana.
Front and side yard building setback lines are hereby established as shown on this plat, between which
lines and the property lines of the street, there shall be erected or maintained no building or structure.
There are Strips Of ground, with the width called for on the attached plat and marked as "Easement",
which was reserved for public utility companies (not including transportation companies) for the
installation of poles, lines, ducts, gas and water lines, laterals, and sewers, these are strips of ground
reserved for surface water drainage purposes, no permanent of other structures are to be erected upon
said strip, but such owners shall take their title subject to the rights of public utilities, all such utility
installation shall be made so that no property line or property corner be obstructed.
