8. FOR THOSE ITEMS TO BE ORDERED REQUIRING LEAD TIME, THE CONTRACTOR
SHALL COORDINATE THE PROIECT SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY AND COMMUNICATE
TO THE OWNER, TENANT, AND SCHOTf DESIGN WHEN DECISIONS MUST BE RENDERED
IN ORDER FOR THE CONTRACiOR TO MEET THE PROJECT SCHEDULE. THE OWNER,
TENANT, OR DESIGNER/ARCHITECT IS NOT RE5PON318LE FOR DELAYS RESULTING

THAT OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS IN ANY FORM ON THE PROJECT SITE.
