Mrs . Badger said th-is should be a Variarice from the required l0 .acre tract .
Mr. Kiphart explained that, if they had come in under a Special Use , they
would haue had to have ;a Variance from the 1O acr.e tract .
b7r. Kiphart asked the Board members to review the plans that are on file
and s.tated that staff has no recommendation to present tonight .
1�9rs . Badger asked why this land cannot be developed into an R-1 use .
Mr. Coo`ts said the land wou].d be unmarketable because of high tension wires
located ori the site..
Mr. Kiphart related that the Dept . of Community Development has not seen
the amended plan .
Mrs . Badger moved that this be tabled until the Dept ., of Cornmunity Develop_- _ .
