existence+ of special oondition(s) :such tlat enforcement of tie zoning orc3inance will
result in unnecessary hardship because: the property is located in an
undeveloped' area of the zoning urisd'i'ction, consists of a, 5 acre tract
,with .a ,large ,barn sui-table for storinq equ-ipment, machinery and plant
- material and the property is ideally suited. to the intended use.
2. The grant of this variance will hot be injurious to the publie healtki, safety; irorals
and general welfare of the commumity because: plant nur-.ser:ies - aarden shops do
not have a negative impact on :public health, safetv morals and aeneral
welfare.
3. The use or ralue of the area adjacent to the subject properfy will not be substan-
tially affected in any adverse manner because: there will be no visible change
