Carmosino HE: 900 E. 96th Street - Parkwood EAST Building 9 Please find enclosed construction documents for the above referenced project submitted for your review and comment. This particular project is being sent to you for your information since it was previously approved through Carmel TAC on December 19, 2001 as ADLS Docket No. 155-01 - Parkwood Crossing East (College Hills PUD). This particular building was included with the above referenced petition and was formally approved by Carmel Planning Commission at their regularly scheduled meeting of February 19th, 2002. The initial building of this petition, Bldg. 8 - 800 E. 9ffh Street, was constructed in 2002. It is our desire to proceed with the construction of the second building of this petition at this time. Upon review of the enclosed plans, you will find we have adhered to the original design and intent as approved by Carmel Planning Commission. The original building improved most of the site so that this construction will involve minor storm sewer improvement to drainage the parking areas to be constructed and connect to the previ ously constructed storm water management system. There is no main line sewer or water main construction with this construction and the building pad for this facility was constructed with the initial building construction. Should you have any questions, comments or concerns, please direct all correspondences to my attention at the address listed above. We would ask that any comments be submitted on or before December 1st, 2004. This project will not be on a regularly schedule TAC agenda since it has already been approved.
