Mr. Gary Duncan Carmel Engineering Department August 1, 2013 Page 3 25. Revisions were made to obtain the 2.5 feet of cover. However, also providing a 0.10' drop through each structure, existing perimeter elevations or sanitary pipe conflicts dictated that we could not provide this cover on Structure #441 (1.61'), #440 (2.14') and #448 (2.32'). 26. The sanitary sewer crossing between storm structures 454 -455 has been added to the profile on Sheet C600. 27. The subsurface drain connections have been included on the storm sewer profiles. 28. The sanitary and water note on C600 and C601 regarding trench details have been removed. 29. Correct locations of the water main trench details have been updated on Sheets C701 and C700 per your request. GENERAL INFORMATION Information noted. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY Information noted.
