Those comments were addressed as follows: 1. It is noted that the project falls in the incorporated are and MS4 jurisdiction of the City of Carmel. 2. It is noted the the project does not fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone. 3. It is noted that the project falls in the Long Branch (J.W. Brendle) Regulated Drain Watershed. 4. Enclosed please find a Petition for Regulated Drain Subdivision and a Subdivision Non- enforcement Request, the additional requested items will be sent upon their completion. has been added to the Construction Plans Sheet C803. 6. All additional drainage review comments have been addressed from CrossRoads Engineers and have been resubmitted for final review.
