These documents dedicate the right of way for Blocks "S" and "T" of Village of WestClay Section 6001 and part of Block "S" of Village of WestClay Section 6002 (St. Julian Street), located in part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29,Township 18 North, Range 3 East of Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana. Total dedication containing 12,702 square feet (0.29 acres). On behalf of the City of Carmel, I would like to thank Mr. Sweet and the Brenwick TND Communities, LLC for this Dedication of Right of Way.
