We, the undersigned, James and Susan Eibei, owners of the real estate shown and
described herein, do hereby cerbfy that we have laid off, piatted and subdivided, and
for hereby lay off, plat and subdivide, said real estate in aocordanoe with the within
plat. The subdivision shall be known and designated as Woodland Golf Gub
Subdivision, Fourth Sedion, Replat of Lot 11, an addition to Carmei. All street and
alieys shown and not peretofore dedicated, are hereby dedicated to the public. The
front yard building setbadc.line is hereby established as shown on this plat, between
which lines.and the property lines of the street there shail be erected or maintained
no building or structure. There are strips of ground 10-feet in width as shown on this
plat and.maiiced "Utility EasemenY; reserved for the use of pubiic utilities for the
installation of water and sewe� mains, poles, ducts, line and wires, subject at all
times to the proper authorities and to the easement herein reserved, no permanent
or other strudures are to be ereded or maintained upon said strips of land, but
owners of lots in this subdivision shall take their tities subject to the rights of the
public utiNties. (Additional dedications and protective covenants, or private
restrictions, wiil be inserted here upon the subdivider's initiative or the
rec:ommendations of the commission. Important provisions are those spedfying the
use to be made of the property and, in the case of residential use, the minimum
habitable floor areas.) The foregoing covenants, or restrictions, ar+e to run with the
land and shail be binding on all parties and all persons daiming under then until
