Pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-14-13(e), the Carmel Redevelopment Commission hereby provides to the City Council the
following information required for the year 2012 with respect to each of the tax increment financing districts created by the
Redevelopment Commission.

Commission on all taxable property within the geographic boundaries of the Redevelopment District,which are coterminous with the City of Carmel.
(8)Obligations are payable from Increment and any other legally available funds to the Redevelopment Commission,however,if such revenues are insufficient,from a pledge of the City of Cannel's distributive share of the County Option
Income Tax(COLT).
