ASTM specifications C~700 for extra strength clay pipe of latest revision unless other materials are hereby permitted in writing. The sewer
shall be installed in accordance with ASTM 2321 for pvc pipe and the Uniform Plumbing Cede for the Stat~: of Indiana, All installations shall be

I recommend the Board approve Water and Sanitary Sewer Availability for the 630 North Rangeline Road Office
developmem.
630 NOR_TH RANGELINE ROAD OFFIQE BUILDING
Water: 1.07 E.D.U.s per Water Ordinance A66/A77. Not to exceed a~ average daily flow of 321.0 gallons per day.
Sewer: 1.07 E.D.U.s per Sewer Ordinance S58. Not to exceed an average daily flow of 321.0 gallons per day.
Calculation o Connection Fees
The now vacant lot at 630 North Rangeline Road will contain a two-story, 2,143 total square foot office building as
follows:
2,143 square feet @ 0.5 E.D.U per 1,000 square feet (Office Classification) = 1.07 E.D.U.s
Water- 1.07 E.D.U,s @ $t,310.00 Currant Connection Fee per E.D.U. = $ 1,402.00
Sanitary Sewer - ~ ~ Current Connection Fee per E.D.U. = $ 850.00

approved this project, Docket No. 0401 D0025 DP/ADLS on April 20, 2004, Construction or development of this
project must begin within twelve (12) months or said approval expires and the developer or builder must reapply to the
