We are hoping to review the plans this week. They have hopefully submitted plans nd calculations for drainage review by the City's subconsultant as well. This project had gone to TAC under various guises in the past. Formal approval of the plans was never obtained by the petitioner. At the time that the project went to TAC, the petitioner never provided revised sets of drawings, mainly for what they were consider ng Phase One at the time, for final review and approval. No one on our side has dropped the ball on th S one. AS is the case with many projects right now projects just are not following the City's procedures and then all of a sudden, they want to get started arid ride us until they get all of their approvals, we will try to get this reviewed ASAP to take some of the pressure off you and your office. There had been sterne emails regarding w~ether or not this needed to go back to TAC, or ~vhether they just needed to submit to you for review. Also Dick, you said their BPW approval happened some time ago, and may be expired. Have you been able to find out anything further? If you could all let me know--I would appreciate it. It is Carmel sewer but Indianapolis water. They did obtain BPWS approval for Commerc a Curb Cut and Sanitary Sewer Availability but the approval ~vas from 2000 a~d normally, BPWS ~pprovals are good for a year and if construct on has not commenced the project has to be resubm tted to the Board. .....
