RE: Harvest Bible Chapel - Project Review #2
Dear Mr. Ilko:
The City received your construction plans on June 13, 2013, in response to the Engineering Department's
review letter, dated May 20, 2013. We offer the following comments:
CONSTRUCTION DRAWING REVIEW COMMENTS
1. Previous Comment 8 of a letter dated May 20, 2013. Please submit a separate Entrance Plan. The
Entrance Plan should show the entire limits of the entrance, including the auxiliary Ianes.
2. Previous Comment 11 of a letter dated May 20, 2013. The maximum entrance width shall be 30
feet. Thank you for making this change. The Engineering Department bas concerns that the
entering lane of traffic at the entrance is being restricted to only 10 feet wide. This has
potential to cause a backup of traffic within the on River Road.
3. Previous Comment 17 of a letter dated May 20, 2013. On Sheet 301, please label Structure #3 on
the plan. The Department repeats this comment.
4. Previous Comment 22 of a letter dated May 20, 2013. Please provide 2.5 feet of cover over all
portions of the storm sewer. It appears the pipe between storm structures #2 - #4 has less than
2.5 feet of cover. A variance will be required if less than 2.5 feet of cover is proposed over
the storm sewer.
5. The FIFE shall be 6 inches above the MLAG and 15 inches above the adjacent River Road
elevation.
6. Is the asphalt path along River Road being constructed by "others" with this project or as a part of
the future reconstruction of River Road? If it will be part of the future road project, please do not
include the path with this set of construction plans.
