At the meeting held Monday, August 26,20,13,the Carmel Advisory Board off:Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance(V)filed by you for the property located at 10210
North Michigan Road.
APPROVED:Docket No.13070014 V:Development Standards Variance for 13.25 percentage EIFS (10 percent
allowed).
Please be advised'that per Section 30.0:5.05; Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the;aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid"for three.(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway,or a written request for Gone-time,six-month extension of'the approvals must have been received and
approval granted by this Department.The'ezpiration date of the approval is August 26,2016.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
