APPROVED:Docket Nos.13070003 V.and 13070004 V:Development Standards Variances for maximum front yard setback of 196 feet(120 feet maximum allowed)and minimum gross floor area less than the 2,500 square feet minimum gross floor area required. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the,aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid:forthree(3)years. By that tune;either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is August 26,2016.
