At the meeting held Monday, August 26,2013,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V)filed by'you for the property located at 9728
North Michigan Road.
APPROVED:Docket Nos.13070003 V.and 13070004 V:Development Standards Variances for maximum front yard
setback of 196 feet(120 feet maximum allowed)and minimum gross floor area less than the 2,500 square feet minimum
gross floor area required.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the,aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid:forthree(3)years. By that tune;either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have
been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is August 26,2016.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
