Dear Ms. Mikels:
At the meeting held Monday,August.26,2013,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance(V)filed byyou for the property located at 12650
Cerromar•Court.
APPROVED:Docket No.13080001 V:Development Standards Variance for minimum rear yard setback for a pool of 11
feet(20 feet required).
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway,or a written request;for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have been received and
approval granted by this Department.The;expiration date of the approval is August 26,2016.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
