Dear Mr.Ochs:
At the meeting held Monday.August 26,2013,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals 1-Iearing Officer look the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances(V) filed by you for the property located at 11595
North Meridian Street.
APPROVED: Docket Nos.13080005 through.13080007 V: Development Standards Variances for a portion of the 30
feet Greenbelt along US 31 to be completely eliminated; two feet planting strip along 116th Street(10 feet requited); and
five feet planting strip along Pennsylvania Street(10 feet required).This site is impacted by the US 31 improvement
project.
Please be advised that per Sectiorr.<30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development.
Standard Variance approvals are valid.for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must he underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have
been received and approval granted• y'this Department.The expiration elate of the.approvals is August 26, 2016.
Please include a copy of this letter with.any permit application.
