APPROVED:Docket Nos.13060006 V and 13060007 V:Development Standards Variances for number of signs(2 requested, I allowed)and two signs facing one right-of-way(2 requested, 1 allowed) Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or:a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is July 22,2016.
