Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing
Officer, on the 9th day of September, 2013, at 5:30 p.m. in the Caucus Rooms,
One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a public hearing upon the
Development Standards Varianceto Section 25.07.02 -04 Multi -Tenant Buildings
(wall sign for facade without street frontage) application for American Specialty
Health Incorporated ( "Applicant "). Applicant is requesting approval to transfer a
permitted wall sign to a facade without street frontage to be located on the north
facade of the multi- tenant office building at 12800 North Meridian Street.
The request is for a Development Standards Variance relating to erecting
a wall sign on a facade without street frontage (north facade) that will provide
business location identification for the Applicant.
The real estate affected by said application is generally described as being
located at the northwest corner of the intersection of North Meridian Street and
West Carmel Drive/126th Street and commonly known as 12800 North Meridian
Street.
The petition and plans may be viewed at the City of Carmel Department of
Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032. All interested
persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in writing
or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above - mentioned time
and place, or may file written comments with the Department of Community
Services prior to the hearing. The hearing may be continued from time to time as
may be found necessary.
