The mechonical contractor shalt coope�ate with the selected test and balance agency in the foilowing manner: A. Provide sufficent time before final compietion date so that test and balancing can be accomplished. B. Provide immediate labor and tools to make corrections when required without undue delay. Install balancing dampers as required by test and balance agency. C. Th� contractor shall put a!I heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and equipment into full operation and shall continue the operation of some during each working day of testing and balancing. D. Testing and balancing agency shall be kept inforrned of any major changes made to system during construction and shall be provided with complete as--built draw;ngs. E.
