GENERAL FRAMING NOTES:
1. Contractor shail verify oll dimensions and conditions and be responsible
for scme.
2. Framing plans are based on #2 S.Y. Pine with E= 1,600,000 and f= 1500
psi, 40 psf live load floors, 20 psf live loads roots.
3. Insulation and ventil�tion of fioor and crowl space (if andy and attic
spaee to local code.
4. Second floor framing (if any) minimum 14" deep floor engineered trusses as
alternate to conventional framing if shown.
5, Double floor joists under walls parollel to joists.
6. Bridging/blocking at mid-span minimum, 8�-0" maximum for iloor and ceiling
jolsts/trusses.
7. Roof framing minimum 2 x 8 O 24" o.c. for snow looding or heovier roofs.
