If no changes will be proposed, then the Engineering Department will not require any auxiliary lanes at the entrance at this time. However,we reserve the right to require a traffic study to analyze the need for auxiliary lanes in the future if any changes to the footprint of the existing improvements occur,including parking outside the existing pavement. In compliance with the City of Carmel Thoroughfare Plan, Chapter 2.09 of the Zoning Ordinance, right-of-way shall be dedicated across the property's frontage and a 10-foot path constructed. Shelborne Road requires an 80-foot full right-of- way. Therefore, the Church is responsible for dedicating right-of-way to reach a total 40-foot 1 right-of-way along the west side of Shelborne Road.
