The Applicant, Leeper Electric Service, Inc., filed with the Department of Community
Development its Petition to Change Zoning Ordinance ("Application") on September 1, 1995,
requesting a change in the zoning of a 4.066-acre parcel of real estate at the above location from
S-2 Residential District to B-2 Business District.

to Change Zoning Ordinance ("Petition"). The Petition requests a change in the zoning of a
4.066-acre parcel from S-2 Residential District to B-2 Business District to permit the construction
and operation of a lighting business, pursuant to the plans filed herewith, on the real estate
located North of and adjacent to East 131st Street, and South of and adjacent to U. S. 31,
fronting on Main Street ("Real Estate").

that this matter be placed on the Technical Advisory Committee agenda for its meeting to be held
on September 20, 1995.
