Dear Sirs,
I'm requesting the variance'to build a double. I must state some family history.
My father died 30 years ago leaving a trust to Care for my`mother and now that
so many years have past, the trust is nearly, gone.. .I am requesting permission
to build this double as a home for my mother', who in;3 to 4 years from now will
be my total dependent. The rent benefit. from the other side of the double
will ease the financial burden of this support plus help me control the .
inflationary rise of the cost.of her care. 'My mother i569 and in good health.
Also, in the immediate area of Main Street to 7th and,. the MonohRailroad tracks
to the West side of Rangeline-Roadthere are '8 doubles,, one 12 unit apartment,
2 multiple family dwellings, 1 rooming house, and 2 situations with 2 homes on
a lot..
