Dear Mr. Shahbahrami:
At the meeting held Monday, September 26, 2005, Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 10506 Combs Avenue,
Indianapolis, IN.
DENIED: Docket No. 05080038 V: Development Standards Variance for minimum lot size.
According to our Board of Zoning Appeals Rules (Article VIII, Section 7), it states: "An application which has been
decided adversely to the petitioner shall not be placed again on the BZA's agenda...for a period of six (6) months
following the date of the adverse decision issued by the BZA..."
Your other option, if you choose, is to appeal the decision of the Board within 30 days by filing an Appeal Application.
