APPROVED: Docket No. 05070022 UV, 05070023 V and 05070024 V: Use Variance for permitted uses (archival/conservation center) and Development Standards Variances for 5-foot side yard setback and reduced parking spaces. Please note, a sign permit is required for signage on the site and a consent to encroach agreement is required for the structure. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 26, 2006. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
