Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter, Section 35, Township 18 North,

Southeast corner of the West half of the said Northeast Quarter; thence along the east line of said
West half North 00 degrees 10 minutes 05 seconds East for a distance of 542.05 feet to the north
line of City Center Drive and the point of beginning: Thence South 89 degrees 05 minutes 32
